Nuova Apartments

This six level building incorporates 36 apartments as well as maximising the valuable retail frontage on The Parade. The car park is hidden from The Parade street frontage and accessed from the rear.
The central entry to the apartment building is a landscaped plaza with integrated planting and seating in front of a two storey stone wall. This plaza aligns with the outdoor walkways on the typical floors. The walkways provide natural light and cross ventilation which dramatically increases the amenity of the apartments. This design was created when PACT was known as Pruszinski Architects.
