20 Hindmarsh Square Apartments

20 Hindmarsh Square is the apartment tower of the larger Crown Hotel development. It incorporates 89 apartments, plus shares many facilities of Crown Plaza including restaurant, bars, lounges, pool, gym. The 15 level development has a total project value of $150M and the residential tower has a value of $60M.

20 Hindmarsh Square was awarded the “Best Master planned Development” from the UDIA South Australia and the “Best New National Tourism” award from the Property Council National Awards. In this project, we held the roles of architect, head consultant and interior designer.
